Our agency is experiencing a loss of funds due to federal cutbacks. We
need to address this problem and recruit more volunteers.
We want this project to motivate people to give time or money to
our agency. We want to sell the audience on our services and
why we
need funds and volunteers.
By increasing our funds and volunteers, we could serve more
children
who need help. Our main goal of service to abused children and
prevention of abuse. Specific skills, perceptions and attitudes
develop in
the lives of those who work with us. We are a professional
agency
whose work saves lives and indirectly, tax payer dollars.
We do not receive any government funding anymore. We do all the
training
for our volunteers.
Our agency helps abused kids and prevents abuse, but we can't do
these
things without more funds and volunteers.
